The committee provided for in Article 16 (2° and 4°) of the Code of Criminal Procedure issues an opinion on the lists mentioned in 4° of article A10 within a maximum of four months after the date of the examination. The date of the technical examination and the subjects of the tests are set by the commission provided for in article 16 (2° and 4°) of this code on the proposal of the director of the police academy.
The physical organisation of the technical examination tests, which are held in one or more centres, is the responsibility of the police academy in accordance with the directives issued by the Minister of the Interior.
