In accordance with the provisions of article R. 61-34, in the event of non-compliance by a convicted offender subject to conditional release without placement under mobile electronic surveillance, with the obligations to which he is subject, the sentence enforcement judge may order his placement under mobile electronic surveillance, without it being necessary to re-incarcerate him.

When the sentence enforcement court rules on an application for conditional release pursuant to the provisions of Article 730, it may make the application conditional on a measure of semi-liberty, work release or home detention under probationary electronic monitoring in accordance with the provisions of Articles 723-1 and 723-7.
