For its application in the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands, the following paragraph is added at the end of Article L. 4162-1: “The provisions of the first paragraph of this article shall apply to usurpation of the title of dental surgeon in the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands. “
In 1° of article L. 4161-2, the words: “as well as by article 8 of law no. 71-1026 of 24 December 1971 amending the public health code” are deleted.
The provisions of Chapter II of Title I and those of Chapter II of Title IV of Book II of this Part are applicable in the Territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands.
Chapter II of Title V of Book II of this Part is applicable in the Territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands.
