Pursuant to the provisions of IV of article 31 of the aforementioned Act of 6 January 1978, the delegating federation responsible for authorised data processing shall send the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, prior to its implementation, an undertaking that it will comply with the description given in articles R. 131-37 and R. 131-38.

When the reconciliations reveal that one of the players in the sporting competitions has breached the prohibition on betting set out in c of Article L. 131-16, the Autorité nationale des jeux or La Française des jeux will forward the results of these reconciliations to the agents mentioned in I of Article R. 131-42. The delegating sports federation shall send the professional leagues the data required to exercise disciplinary powers at first instance where these have been delegated to the leagues under the agreement provided for in article R. 132-9.

The file sent by the sports federation’s authorised agent to the Autorité nationale des jeux or to the company La Française des jeux, as well as the results of the computer matching operations, are kept by the Autorité and by the said company for a period of one year from the date on which the results are sent to the federation.

The rights of access to and rectification of the data mentioned in Article R. 131-45-1 may be exercised with the Chairman of the Autorité Nationale des Jeux and the Data Protection Officer of La Française des Jeux under the conditions set out in Articles 49 and 50 of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978.
