Pursuant to II of article 21 of the law of 12 April 2000 on the rights of citizens in their relations with administrations, if a delegated sports federation remains silent for two months, it is deemed to have rejected the applications listed in appendix I-7, which fall within the scope of its public service missions.
The shooting licence may be refused or withdrawn by the sports federation that has been delegated by the Minister for Sport under article L. 131-14 from persons registered in the national automated nominative file of persons banned from acquiring and possessing weapons mentioned inarticle L. 312-16 of the Internal Security Code.
