The nurses of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon are subject to the jurisdiction of the regional council and the disciplinary chamber of first instance of the Ordre des infirmiers de Normandie.
An inter-regional council and a disciplinary chamber of first instance of the nurses’ association of La Réunion-Mayotte are responsible for nurses in La Réunion and Mayotte.
An inter-regional council and a disciplinary chamber of first instance of the Antilles-Guyane order of nurses is responsible for nurses in French Guyana, Martinique, Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy.
An inter-regional council and a disciplinary chamber of first instance of the nurses’ association of Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur and Corsica are responsible for nurses in Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur and Corsica.
The regional councils of the order of nurses may hold meetings with the regional or interregional councils of the other professional orders to examine matters common to the professions concerned.

Article L. 4125-1, the first three paragraphs of Article L. 4125-2, Articles L. 4125-3, L. 4125-3-1, L. 4125-4, L. 4125-5, L. 4125-7 and L. 4125-8 and L. 4126-1 to L. 4126-6 are applicable to the nursing profession under conditions laid down by regulation.
Subject to the provisions of article L. 4124-6 and articles L. 145-5-2 and L. 145-5-3 of the Social Security Code, only nurses of French nationality or nationals of one of the Member States of the European Union or of another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area who are registered with the Association may stand for election.
