The supply of an artificial bathing facility with water other than water intended for human consumption is ensured under the conditions of I and II of article D. 1332-4. The content of the authorisation file referred to in this paragraph for the supply of an artificial bathing facility with water other than water intended for human consumption is set by order of the Minister for Health.
The quality of the water in the artificial bathing facility and the quality of the filling water are deemed to be compliant when they constantly comply with the quality limits during the period when the bathing facility is open. Quality references relating to microbiological parameters constitute vigilance thresholds for the person responsible for the artificial bathing facility. Quality limits and standards are set by order of the Minister for Health.
