Applications from associations wishing to benefit from the provisions of article L. 2511-24 are sent to the arrondissement mayor. The arrondissement mayor is required to register applications submitted by associations that meet the conditions set out in the second paragraph of article L. 2511-24.

For the application of article R. 2123-5, the number of hours credited for one quarter is equal to: 1° One hundred and five hours for arrondissement mayors; 2° Fifty-two and a half hours for deputy arrondissement mayors; 3° Ten and a half hours for arrondissement councillors.
