In the case of demolition, the demolition plan provides for the prior removal of asbestos and asbestos-containing materials, except where this would pose a greater risk to workers than if the asbestos or asbestos-containing materials were left in place.

The latest versions of demolition, removal or encapsulation plans, in any medium, are communicated once a quarter to the occupational physician and to the social and economic committee.
