Section 2: Health checks at entry points

The Prefect conducts an audit of the existing technical capacity of the entry points and prepares an action programme, in consultation with the entry point manager, to achieve and maintain the required technical capacity.

The intervention plan for the point of entry into the territory and its successive updates are sent by the Prefect to the Minister for Health and to the Prefect for the Defence and Security Zone. The frequency of exercises to implement the contingency plan provided for in article R. 3115-12 is two years for entry points.
