Chapter V: Finance companies.

The agency borrows in the short, medium and long term, in France and abroad, either from financial institutions or by issuing bonds, notes, securities or any other debt security. It carries out all financial transactions necessary for its activity.

The Agency’s transactions are accounted for in accordance with the rules applicable to commercial matters and in compliance with the rules of this Code, to which it is subject.

A Government Commissioner, appointed by the Minister for the Economy, carries out the duties defined by Article L. 615-1 and Articles D. 615-1 to D. 615-8 of this Code.

The Agency’s accounts are audited by two statutory auditors appointed in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 511-38, D. 511-8, D. 511-9 and D. 612-53 to R. 612-60. The statutory auditors are subject to the obligations set out in article L. 511-38.
