The exclusion from service referred to in 3° of article R. 6153-29 is pronounced by the director general of the university hospital centre to which the intern belongs, after consultation with the practitioner or pharmacist under whose responsibility the intern is placed during his training period and in the light of the opinion issued by the disciplinary board of the health region within whose jurisdiction the acts complained of occurred.

The Disciplinary Board is chaired by the Director General of the Regional Health Agency, who appoints the other members. The Disciplinary Board comprises three sections of twelve members each. The secretariat of the Disciplinary Board is provided by the Regional Health Agency.
