Section 2: Election of consular delegates

In the event of partial or total annulment which has become final of the elections of the consular delegates and unless this annulment is pronounced less than one year before a general renewal, a new ballot shall be held within two months to fill the vacant seats. When the dates set by this section or the last day of the deadlines it specifies fall on a public holiday or a Saturday, they are postponed until the first working day thereafter. The same applies to the application of the order provided for in the second paragraph of Article R. 713-61.
