A masseur-physiotherapist who is a national of a Member State of the European Union or of another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, who is established and legally practises the activities of a masseur-physiotherapist in a Member State or a State party, may perform professional acts in France, on a temporary and occasional basis, without having to complete the formalities provided for in Article L. 4321-10…
Masseur-physiotherapists who hold the State diploma may wear the respective badge in accordance with the model drawn up by the Minister for Health, the use of which is exclusively reserved for them. They are issued with a professional card, the model for which is also established by the Minister for Health.
The order of masseur-physiotherapists must include all masseur-physiotherapists authorised to practise their profession in France. In accordance with the provisions of article L. 4061-1, masseur-physiotherapists covered by the provisions of article L. 4138-2 of the Defence Code are not registered on any roll of the Association.
