Consultations, creations, modifications or deletions of data are subject to a record including the identifier of their author as well as the date, time and purpose of the operation. This information is kept for a period of three years. The persons mentioned in I to IV of Article R. 2-15-2.

The right to object provided for in Article 21 of the aforementioned Regulation does not apply to the processing of personal data of the persons mentioned in 1°, 2° and 3° of Article R. 2-15-1 by authorised personnel of the Ministry of Justice, the investigation department and the disaster victim identification unit seized when the purpose of such transmission or consultation is to guarantee the protection of the persons concerned…
