Article L4422-4 of the French Public Health Code
For its application in the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands, the words “defined in Article L. 5126-1” are deleted from Article L. 4211-2.
For its application in the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands, the words “defined in Article L. 5126-1” are deleted from Article L. 4211-2.
For the application of article L. 4211-3 in the territory of the Wallis and Futuna islands, the words “by the representative of the State in the department after obtaining the opinion of the regional director of health and social affairs” are replaced by the words: “by the senior administrator of the territory”.
For the application of article L. 4221-16 in the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands, the words “at the prefecture” are replaced by the words: “at the offices of the territory’s senior administrator”.
For the application of article L. 4221-17 in the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands, the words: “subject to the provisions of article L. 138-9 of the Social Security Code,” are replaced by the words: “subject to discounts, rebates and similar commercial and financial advantages of any kind granted by all suppliers of pharmacies for reimbursable pharmaceutical specialities”.
For the application of article L. 4232-1 in the territory of the Wallis and Futuna islands, section E is composed of all pharmacists practising their profession in the overseas departments, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Mayotte and the territory of the Wallis and Futuna islands, with the exception of the pharmacists mentioned in article L. 4222-7.
Chapter I of Title V of Book II of this Part is applicable in the Territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands.
Articles L. 4311-1 and L. 4311-12 are applicable in Wallis and Futuna in the wording resulting from Law no. 2016-41 of 26 January 2016 and subject to the adaptations provided for in this chapter. By way of derogation from the provisions of article L. 4311-2, the senior administrator of the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands may, on a proposal from the director of the health agency, authorise by order a nurse who does not meet the conditions laid down in article L. 4311-2 to practise in the territory.
