The election of the members representing the colleges on the Standing Committee may only take place if at least half of the members of each college are present or have given a mandate.

The provisions of article R. 133-14 of the Code des relations entre le public et l’administration are applicable to the plenary session of the Conférence nationale de santé. In these duly justified cases, by delegation from the plenary assembly, the standing committee adopts opinions and proposals according to the same procedures as the plenary assembly.
