The duration of the professional transition project corresponds to the duration of the training course.

The duration of the professional transition project cannot be deducted from the annual paid leave. This project is treated as a period of work : 1° For the determination of the rights of the persons concerned with regard to annual paid leave ; 2° With regard to the rights that the employee derives from his seniority in the company.

The employee benefiting from the professional transition project is entitled to a minimum remuneration determined by decree. In companies with fifty or more employees, the remuneration due to the beneficiary of the professional transition project is paid by the employer, who is reimbursed by the regional inter-professional joint commission mentioned in article L. 6323-17-6.
