Title V: PENALTIES

Violation of the prohibitions set out in article L. 413-5 is punishable by two years’ imprisonment and a fine of 300,000 euros.

Violation of the prohibitions set out in article L. 413-6 is punishable by two years’ imprisonment and a fine of 300,000 euros.

Violation of the prohibitions set out in article L. 413-7 is punishable by one year’s imprisonment and a fine of 150,000 euros.

Violation of the prohibitions set out in article L. 413-8 is punishable by two years’ imprisonment and a fine of 300,000 euros.

Violation of the prohibitions set out in article L. 413-9 is punishable by two years’ imprisonment and a fine of 300,000 euros.

Natural persons guilty of the offences punishable under articles L. 451-9 to L. 451-14 also incur as additional penalties the prohibition, in accordance with the procedures set out in Article 131-27 of the Criminal Code, to hold a public office or to engage in the professional or social activity in the exercise or on the occasion of the exercise of which the offence was committed, or to engage in a…

In the event of conviction for acts punishable under articles L. 451-9 to L. 451-12, the court may also order the judgment to be displayed and distributed under the conditions set out in article 131-35 of the Penal Code.
