The procedures for consolidating and transmitting this data are defined by order of the ministers responsible for social security and vocational training.

In order to finance the professional retraining projects mentioned in 4° of the I of article L. 4163-7, the body mentioned in 1° of article R. 4163-1 pays France Compétences an allocation, the amount of which is defined in the light of forecast expenditure.
