In the case mentioned in 2° of Article 222-20, the direct allocation is paid in two instalments.
The amount of the direct grant may be subject to a reduction fixed at the time of the last payment, taking into account the total amount of public financial aid granted, the ceiling mentioned in article 222-21 and the total amount of the appropriations allocated to the direct grants.
The direct allocation must be repaid:1° In the event of non-compliance with the conditions of allocation or payment;2° When the gross receipts of exploitation accruing to the distribution company at the end of a period of six months from the date of theatrical release of the work concerned, after deduction of a lump sum corresponding to 25% of these receipts, exceed the amount of the final distribution expenses.No direct allocation…
