Article R3711-22 of the French Public Health Code

Procedural documents sent to the attending physician in application of the provisions of article L. 3711-2 are given to him by the coordinating physician. When he ceases to follow the person, the attending physician returns these documents to the coordinating physician, who forwards them to the sentence enforcement judge.

Article R3711-23 of the French Public Health Code

Medical reports ordered by the sentence enforcement judge, either on the proposal of the attending physician or that of the coordinating physician, are governed by the Code of Criminal Procedure. A copy of these expert reports is sent to the coordinating doctor and, under the conditions set out in article R. 3711-22, to the attending doctor.

Article R3711-24 of the French Public Health Code

As stated in article R. 61-5 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, when the socio-judicial supervision accompanies a custodial sentence, the period during which the convicted person is on temporary leave, or is placed under the semi-liberty regime or is subject to external placement or placement under electronic surveillance does not count towards the duration of the socio-judicial supervision.
