The Executive Council may issue wishes on matters falling within the competence of the State. These wishes are published in the Journal officiel de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.

The Executive Council shall be informed of France’s draft international commitments in the areas listed in II of article LO 6414-1.

Decisions of the Executive Board are taken by a majority of its members. In the event of a tie, the Chairman shall have the casting vote. Decisions of the Executive Board shall be signed by the Chairman and countersigned by the members of the Executive Board responsible for their execution.
