Notwithstanding Article R. 4461-21 of the Labour Code, the employer may authorise a worker to use his own personal protective equipment, after ensuring that it is appropriate for the work to be carried out or suitably adapted for this purpose, in accordance with Articles R. 4321-1 et seq. of the Labour Code.
