For the application of this code to the collectivities of Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, references to the provisions of the General Tax Code relating to tobacco are replaced by references to locally applicable texts having the same purpose.
Obstructing the duties of the agents mentioned in articles L. 1421-1, L. 1435-7 and L. 5313-1 is punishable by one year’s imprisonment and a fine of 75,000 euros.
