The termination of pregnancy on medical grounds referred to inarticle L. 2213-1 may only be carried out by a doctor. It may only take place in a public or private health establishment.
A doctor who refuses to carry out a termination of pregnancy for medical reasons must inform the person concerned of this refusal without delay and immediately inform her of the names of practitioners who are likely to carry out this procedure.
The conditions for the application of this chapter shall be determined by decree of the Conseil d’Etat.
The costs incurred in monitoring the application of the provisions of Chapters II and III of this Title shall be borne by the State.
