Title VII: Control of illegal employment

To determine the duration of the exclusion from administrative contracts of the person who has committed the offence in accordance with article L. 8272-4, the Prefect shall take into account the nature, number and duration of the offence(s) found, the number of employees concerned and the economic, social and financial situation of this person.

When a temporary exclusion order is issued against a company, this order applies to the company and its legal manager, who may not bid for other administrative contracts, either personally or through an intermediary, or by setting up a new company which he/she manages in law or in fact.
