Where the vouchers are issued by a specialised company, it may only accept in payment instalments corresponding to the full value of these vouchers. Article R3262-29 of the French Labour Code

When the file submitted by the applicant for assimilation to the profession of restaurateur is complete and it is shown that the person concerned meets the conditions laid down in article R. 3262-27 for assimilation, the Commission will send him/her a certificate by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
