The application for authorisation referred to in Article R. 6213-8 must be sent to the national management centre by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, accompanied by a dossier, the composition of which is set by an order of the Minister for Health. Failure by the Minister for Health and the Minister for Higher Education and Research to respond within four months of acknowledgement of receipt of an application for authorisation will be deemed to constitute rejection.
