The polling station is assisted by a technical committee comprising the independent expert provided for in Article R. 7343-4 and two members appointed by decision of the Director General of the Employment Platforms Social Relations Authority.

For each election, the polling station draws up a report of the electronic vote consisting of numbered pages. Any event occurring during the ballot, any decision taken by the polling station or any intervention carried out on the voting system are immediately recorded in the minutes and are the subject of a record whose integrity is guaranteed.
