Article L1125-29 of the French Public Health Code

The provisions of Section 3 of Chapter III of Title II of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended, relating to information technology, files and freedoms, as well as the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, shall also apply to clinical investigations.

Article L1125-29

Sont également applicables aux investigations cliniques les dispositions de la section 3 du chapitre III du titre II de la loi n° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978 modifiée relative à l’informatique, aux fichiers et aux libertés ainsi que les dispositions du règlement (UE) 2016/679 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 27 avril 2016 relatif à la protection des personnes physiques à l’égard du traitement des données à caractère personnel et à la libre circulation de ces données, et abrogeant la directive 95/46/ CE.
