The priority of the territorial mental health project is to organise the conditions for action on the social, environmental and territorial determinants of mental health. To this end, it aims to : 1° Strengthen people’s psycho-social skills, particularly in the fields of education, parenting and work, in order to promote the factors that foster mental well-being; 2° Prevent the onset or worsening of mental disorders.
