The court-appointed administrator or the court-appointed representative, whether a natural person or a legal entity, who transfers his professional domicile or registered office must declare this transfer to the Government Commissioner at the National Registration and Disciplinary Commission and to the President of the National Council. The procedure provided for in articles R. 814-54 and R. 814-55 shall apply.
The court-appointed administrator or the court-appointed representative, practising within a company, who leaves this company to practise his profession on an individual basis must declare his installation to the Government Commissioner at the National Registration and Disciplinary Commission and to the President of the National Council. The procedure provided for in articles R. 814-54 and R. 814-55 shall apply.
Proceedings shall be conducted as in civil matters for all matters not regulated by this title.
Subject to the provisions of this sub-section, the provisions of Title XXI of Book I of the Code of Civil Procedure apply to the electronic communication of procedural documents made possible by the electronic portal set up by the Conseil national des administrateurs judiciaires et des mandataires judiciaires pursuant to Articles L. 814-2 et L. 814-13.
The third parties receiving or issuing procedural documents, referred to in the second paragraph of Article L. 814-13, expressly consent or request to use electronic communication by registering on the electronic portal and providing the personal data and information mentioned in the annex to this article.
