Subject to the adaptations provided for in this sub-section, elections to the national disciplinary chamber of the order of masseur-physiotherapists take place under the conditions provided for in Chapter V of Title II of Book I of Part Four of this Code. The provisions of article R. 4122-6 also apply to elections to the national disciplinary chamber.
Half of the members of the national disciplinary chamber elected in application of 2° of article R. 4321-39 shall be renewed in two parts, one consisting of two members representing private practice masseur-physiotherapists and one member representing salaried masseur-physiotherapists, and the other consisting of three members representing private practice masseur-physiotherapists.

The Regional Council elects from among its members the members who make up the restricted panel called upon to deliberate under the conditions provided for in I of article L. 4321-17-1. This panel is made up of six members and can only validly deliberate if three of its members are present.
