The Local Finance Committee may decide to allocate a second share of the fund to municipalities to finance investments or cover operating expenses for projects of municipal interest.

The Local Finance Committee may also decide to allocate a third part of the fund to groups of municipalities to finance investments or cover operating expenses for projects of inter-municipal interest.

The Local Finance Committee may decide to allocate a fourth part of the fund to the running of the committee secretariat, for both operating and investment purposes.
