Subsection 6: Commissions

With the employer’s agreement, the Housing Information and Assistance Committee may appoint, in an advisory capacity, one or more advisors delegated by professional, legal or technical organisations.

Subject to the provisions of Article L. 2315-55, a Conseil d’Etat decree determines: 1° The conditions under which the employee housing information and assistance committee is set up; 2° The conditions under which the rights constituted in application of the provisions relating to profit-sharing, incentive schemes and employee savings schemes are negotiable or payable before the expiry of the period provided for in article L. 3323-5 or article L. 3324-10,…

A decree shall determine: 1° The maximum number of members of the Employee Housing Information and Assistance Committee; 2° The conditions under which the advisors appointed to the committee are, where applicable, remunerated.
