The chairman, after consulting the staff representatives, shall draw up a single set of rules of procedure for the administrative social committee and its specialised committees. These rules are drawn up in accordance with the standard rules laid down by the minister responsible for the civil service.

The chairman shall call upon the authorised expert mentioned in C of II of article L. 1233-5 under the conditions of article 66 of the decree of 20 November 2020 mentioned above when articles 76 or 77 of the same decree are applied.

To carry out their mandate, each employee representative elected by the college mentioned in 2° of B of II of article L. 1233-5 benefits from twenty hours of delegation per month. The duration of committee meetings is not deducted from these delegation hours.
