The deliberations are recorded in date order in a register kept under conditions defined by decree in the Conseil d’Etat. They are signed by the mayor and the secretary or secretaries of the meeting.

The provisions of the deliberations of the municipal council taken in matters of economic intervention pursuant to the provisions of Title I of Book V of Part One and the articles L. 2251-1 to L. 2251-5, as well as that of the deliberations approving a public service delegation agreement, is the subject of an insertion in a local publication distributed in the commune.

Within one week, the list of deliberations examined by the town council is displayed at the town hall and posted on the town’s website, where available. .

Any natural or legal person has the right to request communication of the deliberations and minutes of the municipal council, the budgets and accounts of the municipality and municipal by-laws. Each person may publish them under their own responsibility. In municipalities with more than 3,500 inhabitants, councillors not belonging to the municipal majority who so request may have the loan of shared premises free of charge. An implementing decree determines the terms and conditions of this provision.
