Each year, the State representative in the territorial collectivity of Corsica informs the Assembly, through a special report, of the activity of the State services in the territorial collectivity of Corsica. This report gives rise to a debate in the presence of the representative of the State.

The representative of the State in the territorial collectivity of Corsica shall exercise the controls provided for in articles L. 4423-1 and L. 4425-21.
