Article LO1112-13 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The provisions of Chapter VII of Title I of Book I of the Electoral Code shall apply to local referendums, with the exception of Articles L. 88-1, L. 95 and L. 113-1 (1° to 5° of I, II and III).
