A consultation to monitor and verify the termination of the pregnancy: 1° Is carried out at least fourteen days and at most twenty-one days following the voluntary termination of pregnancy by medication; 2° Is carried out, if the patient so requests, at least fourteen days and at most twenty-one days following the voluntary termination of pregnancy by instrumental means.

For the application in the territorial collectivity of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon of the provisions of articles R. 2212-9 to R. 2212-18, the words: “health establishment” and “health establishment satisfying the provisions of article L. 2322-1” are replaced by the words: “the territorial public health establishment of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon”.
