The number of medical biologists practising in a medical biology laboratory who hold a fraction of the share capital and work at least half-time in the laboratory is equal to or greater than the number of sites in the laboratory.

The provisions of article L. 227-13 of the French Commercial Code apply to companies operating a medical biology laboratory.
