Article R4623-23 of the French Labour Code

In the event of a partial transfer of the undertaking or establishment to which the occupational health physician belongs, only the provisions of articles R. 4623-21 and R. 4623-22 apply. The request for transfer authorisation provided for in article L. 4623-5-3 is sent to the labour inspector by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt fifteen days before the date set for the transfer.

Article R4623-24 of the French Labour Code

The Minister may annul or reverse the decision of the Labour Inspector referred to in Article R. 4623-22 upon appeal by the employer or the occupational physician. This appeal is lodged within two months of notification of the inspector’s decision. Silence on this appeal for more than four months is deemed to be a rejection decision.
