The Commission nationale d’aménagement cinématographique draws up its own rules of procedure.

The secretariat of the Commission nationale d’aménagement cinématographique is provided by the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée. The Chairman of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée appoints the secretary and deputy secretary of the Commission from among the staff of the institution.

The terms of remuneration of the chairman and members of the Commission nationale d’aménagement cinématographique are set by decision of the chairman of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée.
