Seizures may be made following on-site findings or laboratory testing or analysis of a sample taken.
The authorized agents draw up a seizure report, which is sent to the public prosecutor within 24 hours.
The seized products, objects or appliances shall be left in the custody of their holder or, failing that, deposited in a room designated by the authorised officers.
