When they are no longer under house arrest pursuant to 7° of article L. 731-3, foreign nationals subject to a French territorial ban may be required to declare the address of the premises where they reside to the administrative authority, police services or gendarmerie units and to report, when summoned, to these same services with a view to taking the necessary steps to enforce the territorial ban.

Failure to comply with the requirements relating to house arrest, placement under mobile electronic surveillance and a ban on contact with certain named persons whose behaviour is linked to activities of a terrorist nature shall be punished in accordance with the conditions laid down in Articles L. 824-4 to L. 824-7.The detailed rules for the application of this article shall be laid down by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.
