Article L225-121 of the French Commercial code

The deliberations taken by the meetings in violation of articles L. 225-96, L. 225-97, L. 225-98, the third and fourth paragraphs of article L. 225-99 and the second and third paragraphs of I of article L. 225-100 sont nulles.

In the event of a breach of the provisions of articles L. 225-115 and L. 225-116 or of the decree issued for their application, the meeting may be cancelled.

Decisions taken by meetings in violation of article L. 225-105 may be cancelled.

Les délibérations prises par les assemblées en violation des articles L. 225-96, L. 225-97, L. 225-98, des troisième et quatrième alinéas de l’article L. 225-99 et des deuxième et troisième alinéas du I de l’article L. 225-100 sont nulles.

En cas de violation des dispositions des articles L. 225-115 et L. 225-116 ou du décret pris pour leur application, l’assemblée peut être annulée.

Les délibérations prises par les assemblées en violation de l’article L. 225-105 peuvent être annulées.
