For the application to Mayotte of the third paragraph of Article L. 2224-7-1, the reference to 2013 is replaced by the reference to 2015.

For the application to Mayotte of Article L. 2224-8 : 1° In the second paragraph of I, the reference to the year 2013 is replaced by the reference to the year 2015; 2° In the fifth paragraph of III, the date of 31 December 2012 is replaced by the date of 31 December 2018.
For the application to Mayotte of the first paragraph of article L. 2224-10, the words: “after a public enquiry carried out in accordance with Chapter III of Title II of Book I of the Environmental Code” are replaced by the words: “after completion of the formality provided for in the first paragraph of article L. 651-3 of the Environmental Code”.
The report on the budget guidelines mentioned in article L. 2312-1 presents a progress report on the measures set out in the convergence plan covering the territory of the municipality.
The twentieth paragraph of article L. 2313-1 is applicable in Mayotte from 1 January 2014.
The 7° of Article L. 2321-2 is applicable in Mayotte from 1 January 2014.

Until 31 December 2013, for the application in Mayotte of the fourth paragraph of Article L. 2311-5, the words: “Between the deadline for mandating set out in the third paragraph of Article L. 1612-11 and the deadline for voting on the rates of local taxation set out in Article 1639 A of the General Tax Code” are replaced by the words: “Before 31 March”.
