Title IV: Provisions specific to certain overseas collectivities

The joint health project for Guadeloupe, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin is the subject of an opinion from the Conference on Health and Autonomy, the local authorities of Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, the interested local authorities of Guadeloupe and the representatives of the State in Guadeloupe, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin. It may include a specific section for each of these local authorities.

The health democracy territories provided for inarticle L. 1434-9 are defined by the health agency for Guadeloupe, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin at the level of these local authorities and may cover the territorial jurisdiction of the agency, or be smaller or larger than it. The terms and conditions for the application of this chapter shall be determined by decree in the Conseil d’Etat, with the exception of those relating to the Board of Directors, the Health and Autonomy Conference and the Public Policy Coordination Committees, which shall be determined by decree.
