The approved regional development plan is made available to the public at the headquarters and on the website of the region, department or local authority.
For the establishment of the regional development schemes provided for in articles L. 4433-7 to L. 4433-11, L. 4433-15 et L. 4433-16, the regions of Guadeloupe, Guyane, Martinique and Réunion benefit, under the conditions set out in articles R. 4433-18 to R. 4433-22, from the special contribution created within the general decentralisation grant for the establishment and implementation of town planning documents pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article L. 1614-4.

The grant allocated to the regions of Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique and Réunion comprises a first part equal to 80% of the amount of the grant intended to compensate for expenditure on studies and conducting the operation and a second part equal to 20% of the amount of the grant, intended to compensate for material expenditure.
The amount of the grant is set at 152,500 euros for each of the overseas regions.

The portion corresponding to material expenses is paid in two equal instalments. The first payment is made when the matter is referred to the regional prefect, the regional economic, social and environmental council and the council for culture, education and the environment, pursuant to article R. 4433-7. The second payment is made after the development plan has been adopted by the regional council.
The regional cooperation funds established by article L. 4433-4-6 contribute to the integration of Guadeloupe, Reunion and Mayotte in their geographical environment.
